No work done today, it's shopping day. I don't count varnishing as work and that did get done. Today's excitement is because of what arrived in the post this morning.

The custom hardware for the gaff and boom. These can now be finished and varnished.

The other exciting thing is that I went to the Cathedral Marina and booked a date and paid for Naiad to be launched. The 19th May is the date, a Friday and I've taken it off as a day's holiday. I think I should be able to get the rest of the tasks done by then.
