First thing this morning I went out to the workshop, removed the cramps from the laminated tiller and brought it back up to the house to warm up.

It certainly looks a lot better with the cramps removed.

This is the thicker end of the tiller. Needs a good clean up first, though.

I had thought to do some work at lunch time but the varnish on the mast is still tacky. I may have to wait until tomorrow before being able to work more on Naiad and then not varnish any of the spars until Tuesday so that I'm not stopped again by sticky varnish.
