The rest of the kedge warp dum was fairly straightforward to construct and I soon had the thing completed.

Here is the drum in a rudimentary frame with the bearings and handle installed.

Nothing fancy.

One might even call it all very agricultural.

But it works and that's the main thing.

The empty washing basket shows just how much wasted space the old method had.
